Jamie is the office manager at Carlin Plastic Surgery, residing in Lexington with her husband and blended family. With over two decades of experience in the plastic surgery field, she has transitioned from assisting Dr. Carlin directly to overseeing administrative tasks since December 2022. Jamie's extensive medical background ensures smooth scheduling of surgeries and comprehensive patient care. She is dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for all patients, providing assistance and answering any questions throughout their journey with Carlin Plastic Surgery.

Brenda, a proud South Carolinian from Columbia, now resides in Elgin with her husband, Andrew, and daughter, Riley. Graduating from Richland Northeast in 2006, she pursued Elementary Education at USC while working for a neurology group. Transitioning to full-time in neurology after graduation, Brenda found her passion in the medical field. Joining Dr. Carlin in 2013, she initially managed insurance and billing, later transitioning to assisting Dr. Carlin in December 2021. Brenda is dedicated to assisting patients with any pre or post-operative inquiries, ensuring a positive experience

Jennie was born and raised in Lexington, SC. She is married to Michael W. Willis for over 30 years. They have 3 daughters, Emily, Natalie, and Ashley. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her grandchildren. She started her medical career in 1989 graduating as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She is experienced in Pediatrics (20years) and Dermatology (9years). Now a new adventure has called her to Carlin Plastic Surgery in November 2021.
